Integrating Magento with ShipRocket

Automatic Order Sync – Integrating Magento with ShipRocket panel allows you to automatically sync the Orders from Magento panel into the system.

Automatic Status Sync – For the Magento orders processed via ShipRocket panel the status will automatically be updated on Magento.

Catalog & inventory Sync – All the active products on Magento panel will automatically be fetched into the system and correspondingly the stock count for products on Magento can be managed from ShipRocket panel.

Here’s how to sync your Magento website with ShipRocket

Phase I – Settings on Magento Panel

1. You need to first Sign up with ShipRocket by clicking on this link.
2. Once you have an active ShipRocket account, Log in to Magento admin panel.

3. Navigate to System -> Web Services -> SOAP/XML -RPC – Users.

4. Click on

5. A new screen would open up – User Info tab, fill all the required information user name, first name etc.

6. Then, Click on

7. After this, again navigate to System -> Web Services -> SOAP/XML -RPC – Roles

8. Click on Add new roles Button.

9. Separate tab would open up, Click on Role Info tab type role name i.e. superadmin

10. Click on Click on Role Resources tab, select Resource Access – “All” from drop down menu and click “Save Role”.

12. Once again navigate to System -> Web Services -> SOAP/XML -RPC – Users.
11. Click on username which has been entered by you in Step 5.

12. Under User Role tab, click on assigned role name i.e. superadmin, which has been entered. (As in step 10)

13.Click on “Save User”.

Phase II – Settings on ShipRocket Panel

1. Login to ShipRocket admin panel, click here.
2. Navigate to Settings –> Channels.
3. Click on “Add New Channel” Button.

4. Locate Magento and click on Integrate.

5. Toggle Order and Inventory Sync as “ON“. (Mention Status of orders on Magento to be fetched into the system)

6. Fill in the Parameters as saved from the Magento Panel
Store URL: The URL of your store.
API Key & API Username: API details your Magento Panel
7. Click Save Channel & Test Connection.

8. Once the setting has been saved, check for the status icon. The green icon indicates that the channel has been successfully configured.

You all set to manage to ship for your magneto store’s inventory and orders with ShipRocket panel.

      Comments: We are hating to begin with a No! Unfortunately, we are no providing multi-pick up facility right now. To use Shiprocket, there has to be single pick-up location.

      2. Multiple Courier Companies:
      Comments: Yes, Shiprocket comes pre-integrated with courier companies like Fedex, Aramex, FirstFlight, Ecom Express, GoJavas etc.

      3. Print Shipping Label
      Comments: You can easily print your Shipping labels with your own brand name on it, with just 1 click.

      4. No Minimum Shipping Commitment
      Comments: Absolutely no minimum commitment. You ship 1 order a month or 100 orders a month, you will enjoy the same negotiated shipping rates.

        Thanks a lot for explaining everything so beautifully. More questions follow

        1) In the video there was an option which checked in advance if the COD is available at the PIN code fed into the form. Is it available for other Ecomm platforms like Magento?

        2) About tracking interface. I understood your point that we need not to visit various courier site because the option is available in the Shiprocket panel.

        3) What is your provision for Return and Exchange? How these two things are facilitated when the payment is made either by COD or Creditcard/Netbank/DebitCard?

        You see on or there is a small section on their pages where customer puts the tracking code and he/she gets to know about it by hitting submit.

        Is this option available to be configured for customers so that they can do it on my site rather than going to courier service website?

    As i have seen that they are only providing Magento API Key . How can i put Magento API User key ? Please assist me and let me know . I am simple looking for magento app folder that i can put using FTP and put api key in magento . Please assist me as soon as possible .
