Here’s a quick roundup of everything we’ve launched this month to make your shipping, fulfillment, checkout, and AI experiences smoother and more powerful. From upgraded mobile app journeys to smarter NDR handling, new courier options, international shipping enhancements, and AI-powered tools – explore all the latest updates designed to boost your efficiency and help you grow.

Shipping Updates

Mobile Apps

Experience a new and improved shipping experience using the mobile apps

To aid the seller’s experience and efficiency on our Android and iOS apps, we have introduced a cleaner and more informative user experience to see the order list, add new orders, select a courier, and recharge their wallet.

Couriers

A new courier, Shadow Fax Instant is now live, which has the option to choose convenient time slots for pickup for the sellers

Time-slotted pickup is now live for Shadowfax Instant.

Sellers can select a 3-hour Pickup window from the 3 pickup slots (morning, afternoon, evening) using ShadowFax Instant as a courier.

Pickup

New pickup escalation or NPR flow is now available on WhatsApp

A new WhatsApp first NPR flow is available for new and small sellers to aid Pickup efficiency and improve pickup performance. This allows sellers to raise any pickup-related concerns using WhatsApp. To avoid spam, only one message per pickup location per day will be initiated.

Invoicing

Introducing state-level invoicing on the Seller Panel

State-level invoicing is now available as an option for sellers on the seller panel.

Once opted in, a consolidated invoice will be raised from a selected state instead of the pickup address based invoice (default).

This setting can be opted from Settings > company setup by unchecking Pickup address based billing.

NDR

Introducing a smarter way to manage Non-Delivery reports in the Seller panel

Introducing the new NDR panel for sellers, which is smarter and time efficient.

Benefits include –

  • Automatic reattempt for undelivered NDR shipments.
  • A zero confusion, single action button that shows what action is to be taken next.
  • An easy to understand single NDR trail with all details.
  • A smarter buyer calling flow.

Returns

New filter options and bulk actions are now available for managing returns

Experience improved return handling for your shipments using bulk action support and get better visibility for your returns using new cancellation reasons filters.

Business Plan

Introducing a new Plan for Lite sellers with Shipping Discounts

Introducing the Shiprocket Business Plan for Lite plan sellers to aid efficiency and unlock exclusive discounts of up to 10%.

Available to Lite sellers who have a shipment history with Shiprocket, you can enable this plan from the Ship Now screen, during courier assignment.

Packaging Invoice

Introducing state-wise invoices for Shiprocket packaging

We have enabled sequence-based invoice generation as per order ID and AWB number for Shiprocket Packaging invoices.

Availability: This invoice-based enhancement is available for all Shiprocket packaging customers.

KYC

Compliance mandates for KYC as per government guidelines

As per government guidelines, for sellers registering as a Company, the Billing Address will now be automatically fetched from the submitted KYC documents (Aadhaar, PAN, GST certificate).

VAS

A new single view page for managing business apps/VAS apps better

Discover, understand, and subscribe to ShipRocket business apps that enhance your logistics performance, improve customer experience, and help your brand express itself. Now manage all services like Auto Secure, RevProtect, Notify, Brand Boost, Delivery Boost, Early COD & more to increase reliability, engagement, and financial efficiency through one page available in your settings.

Inventory Utilization

Optimize inventory utilization by splitting your order based on SKUs

Split your orders based on SKU to fulfill orders from different warehouses.

If an order with a mix of SKUs comes, you can now split the order in case any SKU inventory is running low in the warehouse and assign the split order to other warehouses with inventory of that particular SKU.

Easyecom and Unicommerce integration updates and fixes

Enhancements against Easyecom and Unicommerce

  • Orders getting partially cancelled in Easyecom are now handled in OMS
  • Sync inventory for combo SKUs for EasyEcom
  • Bug fixes for sub orders marked as Duplicate orders
  • Real-time TAT updates from marketplaces – (Myntra, Amazon)
  • Update inventory from EasyEcom with batch code and expiry using SKUs via API’s
  • IMEI numbers are now available in the sales orders report against SKUs

3-W and 4-W Delivery

Now send larger, heavier, and bulkier shipments with Shiprocket Quick’s 3-Wheeler and 4-Wheeler delivery options

Access 2-wheeler, 3-wheeler, and 4-wheeler courier partners directly in your Shiprocket Quick App for faster deliveries within the city.

International Shipping

HTS Auto-suggestor

Simplify U.S. customs compliance and enhance efficiency using the HTS auto-suggestor

Experience the HTS Auto-Suggestion feature in the CargoX Add Order flow, designed to simplify U.S. customs compliance and enhance seller efficiency.

Now, when sellers enter an HSN code, the system automatically checks our internal HSN–HTS mapping database and auto-populates the HTS (Harmonized Tariff Schedule) code if a match is found. Sellers can review and confirm the suggested HTS before proceeding.
