• Create a Bin: Users can create a bin for their items.

🚀 Simplified Workflow for Sellers: 🚩Fake Attempt Flagging in Reattempt Form

We have streamlined the process for sellers to take action by including the Fake Attempt flagging option in the reattempt form.

Sellers can now reattempt and mark a shipment as a fake attempt from a single form. If a seller marks an attempt as fake, they will be required to upload either an audio file or an image containing a buyer conversation as proof of the fake attempt.

This enhancement aims to make the reattempt process more efficient and user-friendly.

📈 Sellers Can Now View RTO and Address Scores on the NDR Action Required Tab for All COD Shipments
