When a buyer visits the Shiprocket website, possibly through a redirection URL in SMS or email, we anticipate that they may be seeking to track their order. As a result, weβve developed a convenient access button for them to track their order using their Mobile Number, AWB, or Order ID.
Weβve upgraded the Shopify Channel Integration on the Shiprocket panel to a single-click process. With our new βLogin with Shopifyβ feature, sellers can seamlessly connect their Shopify store to Shiprocket. Upon logging in through Shopify, we automatically retrieve the app store URL, making the integration process smoother and more efficient.

To efficiently track the usage of packaging materials, whether provided by Shiprocket or the seller, weβve introduced a feature that involves scanning these materials. This allows us to precisely monitor and forecast the requirements of packaging materials across all fulfillment centers (FCs).
By scanning packaging materials, we gather real-time data on their consumption throughout our logistics operations. This data not only helps us track current usage but also aids in predicting future demands. This proactive approach ensures that each FC maintains adequate packaging materials, preventing any potential shortages that could disrupt the fulfillment process.
Ultimately, accurate tracking and forecasting of packaging material consumption play a crucial role in ensuring smooth logistics operations, improving customer satisfaction, and optimizing overall efficiency within our fulfillment network.
