We are thrilled to announce the launch of Shiprocket Promise, a game-changer for D2C stores. Shiprocket Promise enhances the shopping experience by allowing D2C sellers to display the Estimated Delivery Date (EDD) directly on their product pages. This EDD widget calculates the delivery date in real-time based on the buyer’s pincode and the selected courier, a first in the industry.

Achievements Since Launch:
Here are some glimpses of our clients who have successfully integrated Shiprocket Promise into their stores:
Sellers will now see a courier partner available for quick pickups within 90 minutes through Shadowfax Instant Surface. If the seller schedules the pickup between 9 AM and 6 PM, it will be completed within 90 minutes.
2. Disconnected Channels Count: The count of disconnected channels is now displayed on the homepage in the ‘Actions Needing Attention’ box, ensuring you stay informed and can address issues promptly.
Sellers can now view non-serviceable courier partner information on the “Ship Now” screen. This information is included in a dedicated section on the same screen.
Additionally, we will display the reason for non-serviceability, as received from the courier, based on the requested pickup and delivery pincode.
We now display courier serviceability insights on the seller panel’s “Ship Now” screen. This feature highlights couriers that are deactivated or restricted due to applied courier rules, specifically when there are fewer than three serviceable couriers available.
As shown in the below image, an ‘Inactive’ tag indicates deactivated courier partners. Sellers can click on ‘Activate & Ship Now’ to ship their order directly from this screen. This feature enables the courier and allows shipping with the selected courier in a single click.
Additionally, other courier partners suggested under Insights are restricted couriers not shown in the serviceability list due to applied rules. However, if the seller chooses to use this suggestion, they can ship the order directly without manually changing the rule settings.
API users will not be able to create orders with unverified package names at the time of order creation.
If the package freeze request status is ‘Approved’ and the same is used in the order creation API, the dimensions of the box/package will be applied as approved.
We have added information about all available courier partners for reverse shipping in the Return QC settings for our sellers.
New Tab for Updated Passbook: We have introduced two sub-tabs:
Available Balance: This feature shows a running balance updated after each transaction, providing a better insight and timeline view of your wallet balance.
Faster Loading Time: The passbook loading time has been drastically improved. Even for large clients, the passbook now loads in less than half a second.
Streamlined Amount Columns: We’ve consolidated the credit and debit transaction columns into a single format for easier accounting. Entries are color-coded to enhance clarity and improve user experience.
Simplified Categories: To improve navigation, we’ve merged 56 confusing categories into 9 simplified categories, making it cleaner and easier to view and search transactions related to AWBs.
New Categories Introduced: We’ve added two new categories to ensure all entries affecting wallet balance are displayed in the passbook:
Currently, claims for lost, damaged, or destroyed shipments are raised by sellers via email to Shiprocket, as there is no direct method for them to raise claims against their shipments. This process has led to several issues:
To address these challenges, we have introduced a new feature that allows sellers to raise claims directly from the seller panel for shipments that are lost, damaged, or destroyed. This feature includes the following benefits:
This new feature streamlines the claim management process, ensuring transparency, efficiency, and improved trust for our sellers.
Shiprocket Fulfillment now supports operations using QR codes in addition to barcodes. This enhancement allows sellers to include more information in their QR codes, helping to save costs while efficiently running operations by fetching SKU codes. Our biggest marketplace seller, Relaxo, has already adopted this functionality, and it is in the pipeline for other sellers as well.
In our recent partnership with Havells, we embarked on an MPS journey that revolutionized the order fulfillment process. This transformative journey begins with a user-friendly step: accepting the number of boxes post-packing. Following this, we meticulously assign parent and child Air Waybills (AWBs) to each order, ensuring precise tracking and management.
Subsequently, we seamlessly transition into the invoicing stage, where detailed breakdowns of the shipment are generated. Finally, to complete the process, our system adeptly generates Electronic Waybills (E-waybills), essential for smooth and compliant transportation.
This streamlined flow, proven successful with Havells, is now set to elevate Stelcore’s B2B order processing, demonstrating its versatility and effectiveness across diverse use cases.
In an exciting development, we’ve introduced a feature allowing for the seamless reassignment of Air Waybills (AWBs) from the Fulfillment Panel back to the UC channel. This update grants us the flexibility to modify and reassign AWBs, ensuring smooth status updates are communicated seamlessly to the source. With this capability, our workflow gains enhanced adaptability and efficiency, further empowering our fulfillment processes.
In our ongoing pursuit of enhanced functionality, we’ve introduced a significant update: sellers can now include their own invoices in the order creation APIs. This feature extends to both the wrapper and external APIs, providing sellers with the autonomy to send their invoices along with orders.
Upon receipt, these invoices will be seamlessly integrated into the fulfillment process, allowing users at fulfillment centers to utilize them during packing. This integration is facilitated through the use of the channel_invoice_url key, ensuring a smooth and efficient invoicing experience for sellers and users alike.
Expanding upon our recent initiative mandating the scanning of packaging materials for sellers utilizing Shiprocket’s packaging materials, we’ve introduced a significant enhancement: inventory reduction calculations. This advancement is not limited to Shiprocket’s materials; it extends to sellers using their own barcoded packaging materials as well.
This development enables precise tracking of packaging material inventory, ensuring accurate charges and providing sellers with proactive visibility into their stock levels. Through detailed reporting, sellers can efficiently update their packaging material inventory, empowering them to manage their resources effectively and optimize their operations.
We’re thrilled to announce two fantastic additions to our registration process, making it easier than ever to join the Shiprocket community.
These enhancements reflect our commitment to providing innovative solutions and improving user accessibility. Join Shiprocket today and experience the convenience firsthand!
We’re excited to introduce a groundbreaking approach to reconnecting channels for our sellers on Shiprocket.
Our innovative system now proactively communicates with sellers via email when their channels become disconnected. This immediate notification provides clear insights into the reasons for the disconnection, empowering sellers to take swift action.
Additionally, our system sends timely reminders at intervals of 3 hours, 9 hours, 1 day, 2 days, or 3 days from the disconnection timestamp, ensuring that sellers stay informed and have ample opportunities to resolve any issues promptly.
Now, users can easily select the default status to fetch from their Woocommerce channels directly within Shiprocket. The default status is set to ‘Processing’, providing users with greater flexibility and control over their order management processes.
The new CSV Upload feature significantly enhances the platform’s capabilities, allowing users to seamlessly integrate offline customer data for improved targeting and segmentation. With this feature, users can upload CSV files containing valuable customer information—such as email addresses, phone numbers, and dates—directly into the Wigzo platform. This process streamlines data integration and ensures that marketers can leverage comprehensive datasets to refine their campaigns and engage with their audience more effectively.
Key Benefits:
Seamless Integration: Allows for the smooth integration of offline customer data into the Wigzo platform, eliminating the need for manual data entry or complex data migration processes.
Enhanced Targeting and Segmentation:
By incorporating additional customer information from CSV files, marketers can refine their audience segmentation and targeting strategies, leading to more personalized and effective marketing campaigns.
Comprehensive Datasets:
Users can leverage comprehensive datasets by combining online and offline customer data, enabling a deeper understanding of customer behavior and preferences.
Improved Campaign Performance:
With access to enriched customer data, marketers can create more targeted and relevant marketing campaigns, leading to improved campaign performance and higher engagement rates.
We are thrilled to introduce the Dynamic Coupon Creation feature for Magento integration within the Wigzo platform, mirroring the capabilities we offer to Shopify users. This powerful new feature enables Magento users to generate dynamic discount coupon codes for individual recipients, significantly enhancing their personalized marketing campaigns and customer engagement efforts.
We’ve implemented new broadcast communication-based segments in the Custom Segment section. Users can now create and manage segments based on metrics such as WhatsApp Read, WhatsApp Undelivered, SMS Delivered, and Email Opened. With the ability to select date ranges and apply various conditions, users gain enhanced flexibility in segment creation.
In broadcast management, users can run broadcasts based on these segments. When a broadcast is initiated, new counts are automatically added to existing custom segments, providing real-time updates on audience engagement. These updates are visible in the UI and the order details report, facilitating better tracking and analysis of campaign performance.
We’re excited to announce the release of a new API feature that allows sellers to seamlessly add products directly to the Reverse QC catalog from the seller panel.
With this enhancement, sellers can now utilize the public API to efficiently manage their catalog and streamline the process of adding products for Reverse Quality Control.
For more information and to access the API documentation, please visit: Shiprocket API Documentation
We’re pleased to introduce an improved feature that provides clear explanations under the charged weight column. These explanations are based on the calculations derived from both dead weight and volumetric weight, as uploaded by our Weight Operations team.
This enhancement aims to offer transparency and clarity regarding the charged weight, ensuring accurate and informed decision-making for our users.
Once there, sellers can update the IOSS and EORI numbers as needed. This change should streamline the process and empower sellers to manage their tax information more efficiently.
