You agree that, by participating in this Contest, you will be bound by these T&Cs, and you acknowledge that you satisfy all Contest eligibility requirements as provided herein below. These T&Cs are in addition to the Shiprocket Privacy Policy to which you agree by using the Shiprocket.in website or mobile/tablet application or mobile site thereof (collectively hereinafter referred to as "Shiprocket.in"). To the extent the Shiprocket Privacy Policy is inconsistent with these T&Cs, these T&Cs will prevail with respect to the Contest only. For the purpose of these T&Cs, wherever the context so requires, "You" or "Your" shall mean any natural person who is a participant in the Contest.

ELIGIBILITY:

You need to fulfill the following eligibility criteria to enter the Contest:

• (a)You should be an individual legal resident of the Republic of India;
• (b)You have a billing address within the territory of India; and
• (c)You should be of age 18 years or above at the time of entry into the Contest.
• (d) You should be an entrepreneur, meaning typically an individual who creates a new business, plays an active role in its operations, assumes most of the financial risk, and enjoys most of its success.

Shiprocket employees, their immediate family members (spouses, domestic partners, parents, grandparents, siblings, children and grandchildren), and Shiprocket’s affiliates, advisors, and advertising/Contest agencies are not eligible to enter the Contest.

DETAILS OF THE CONTEST AND HOW TO ENTER:

• 1. This Contest will commence on 15th September, 2022 to 24th October 2022 ("Contest Period")
• 2. In order to be eligible for the Contest, One needs to have proof of entrepreneurship.
• 3. You can participate by navigating to the page where 1 (one) Form will be posted during the entire Contest Period.
• 4. Thereafter, if you submit your question, you will be entitled to a lucky draw which will be carried out amongst participants who have answered that particular form.
• 5. The draw of lots will be carried out during the Contest Period for the questions, and one of them will be selected as winner by a random draw of lots.
• 6. The questions of a total of 10 (ten) participants will be posted on our LinkedIn Page & one lucky person, will be selected as the winner of the Contest.
• 7. The declared winner will be eligible for winning an iPhone 13 smartphone (hereinafter referred to as "Top Prize).

MAILING-LIST:

By entering the Contest, you consent to being placed on a mailing list for promotional and other materials for Shiprocket.

OTHER CONTESTS:

Please note that we may be running similar contests or promotions at the same time as this Contest. By entering this Contest, you will not be eligible to receive any benefit and/ or prize awarded in any other promotion/ contest unless you enter each promotion/ contest separately.

ODDS OF WINNING:

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Eligible entries are ones that satisfy the eligibility criteria outlined above and follow the steps outlined in the 'Details of the Contest and the How to Enter' section above. The decision taken by Shiprocket will be final and binding.

PRIZE DRAWING:

The drawing for the selection of the winners of the Contest will be aggregated at the end of the Contest Period. We will notify the selected participants by email following the draw, and they will be required to share a valid proof of identity and age in the form of a copy of PAN Card / Driving License / Voter ID / Indian passport. A PAN card copy is mandatory for prizes worth INR 10,000 or more. The selected participants will automatically forfeit their claim to the Prize if they do not meet the eligibility criteria or do not comply with these T&Cs. Each Prize will be awarded "AS IS" and WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, express or implied (including, without limitation, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose). There are no cash or other prize alternatives available in whole or in part. However, in the circumstances beyond our control, we may substitute a similar alternative prize of equal or greater value at our sole discretion. If any selected participant does not respond back to any communications sent in relation to the Contest within the time period communicated by Shiprocket or answers the Contest question incorrectly, he/she shall not be eligible to be declared winner of the Prize. The selected participant will also be required to prove his/her age, failing which he/she will be disqualified from the Contest.

FORCE MAJEURE:

This Contest is subject to force majeure circumstances, including, without limitation, floods, natural disasters, war, act of terror, political unrests, technical snags, act of God or any circumstance beyond the reasonable control of Shiprocket ("Force Majeure Event"). Shiprocket shall be not liable for any delay or adverse effect caused to the participants in the Contest, including the winners, as a result of a Force Majeure Event.

PUBLICITY RELEASE:

By participating in the Contest, you give ASSPL and/ or its affiliates permission to use your name, likeness, image, voice, and/or appearance as such may be embodied in any pictures, photos, video recordings, audiotapes, digital images, and the like, taken or made in relation to the Contest and any promotions, events, or contests to follow. You agree that BFRS and/ or its affiliates have the right to publish your saved item details for any communication, promotions, events, or contests that follow. You agree that BFRS and/ or its affiliates have complete ownership of such pictures, etc., including the entire copyright, and may use them for any purpose. These uses include but are not limited to illustrations, bulletins, exhibitions, videotapes, reprints, reproductions, publications, advertisements, and any promotional or educational materials in any medium now known or later developed, including the internet. You acknowledge that you will not receive any compensation, etc., for the use of such pictures, etc., and hereby release BFRS and/ or its affiliates and its agents and assigns from any and all claims which arise out of or are in any way connected with such use. You give your consent to BFRS and/or its affiliates, agents and assigns to use your name and likeness to promote the Contest and any promotions, events, or contests to follow.

LIABILITY RELEASE:

This Contest is being made purely on a "best effort" basis, and participating in this Contest is voluntary. By participating in the Contest, you will be legally bound hereby to release from liability and hold harmless BFRS and any of its affiliates, employees or agents representing or related to BFRS and its services/products. This release is for any, and all liability for personal injuries (including death), property loss or damage, and misuse of the benefits/ Prizes offered under this Contest, in connection with any activity or directly or indirectly, by reason of the acceptance, possession, or participation in the Contest, even if caused or contributed to by our negligence.

WINNER ANNOUNCEMENT:

After we confirm the winner/s, we will contact the winner individually. We will also post the winners' names on this page and our Linkedin Page.
