Welcome to the Growth Runner (“Game”). By participating, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions (“T&Cs”). Please read them carefully.

Game Overview

• Participation is voluntary and free of charge.
• The Game consists of four (4) levels, each increasing in difficulty and offering higher rewards.
• Users must collect the required points at each level to unlock corresponding rewards.
• Users may progress to the next level without claiming rewards from previous levels. Unclaimed rewards will lapse, and users will only be eligible for the reward of the level they are currently playing, not for previous levels.

Level 4	200	Recharge ₹2,000 & get ₹4,000 + Free Shiprocket Brand Boost + Free WhatsApp Comms (1 month)

• Top performer across all days (highest cumulative score) will receive free Shiprocket SHIVIR tickets for the Bengaluru edition, inclusive of flights up to ₹25,000.
• The top performer of each day will win Bluetooth earbuds.

Winner Selection (Top Performer)

• The top 1 participant with the highest cumulative score during the campaign period will be declared the winner.
• In case of a tie, Shiprocket reserves the right to decide the winner based on gameplay data and time of achievement.
• Winners will be contacted via their registered mobile number (call and WhatsApp) and email to confirm their delivery address for Bluetooth earbuds dispatch.
• Delivery of Bluetooth earbuds may take up to 30 days from confirmation of delivery details.
• If the winner remains unreachable within 5 days, the reward will be forfeited.

Reward Redemption Rules

• Rewards are provided in the form of coupon codes or credits, redeemable only on the Shiprocket platform.
• Each coupon/reward is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be converted into cash.
• Rewards can only be claimed once per eligible user. Duplicate, incomplete, or fraudulent entries will be disqualified.
• Only one reward can be claimed per mobile number during the entire campaign period, regardless of the number of levels completed.
• Rewards must be claimed on or before 30th November 2025. Claims made after this date will not be valid.
• Each user must complete the signup process to become eligible to claim any reward.
• For non-functioning coupons or reward codes, participants may contact [email protected] for assistance.
• Recharge coupons will only be given to newly signed up customers who have not done any recharges in the past.

General Conditions

• Shiprocket reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Game or rewards at any time without prior notice.
• In case of any dispute, Shiprocket’s decision will be final and binding.
• Rewards and offers are subject to availability and applicable taxes.
• By participating, users consent to Shiprocket using their names, scores and photographs on social media and other promotional channels.

Limitation of Liability

Shiprocket will not be responsible for:

• Technical errors, connectivity issues, or game interruptions.
• Incorrect information provided by users during signup or reward claim.
• Any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in the Game or use of rewards.

Referrals

• Participants may refer friends and family to play the Game.
• There is no limit on the number of referrals.
• Referrals must be genuine individuals. Use of fake accounts, bots, or multiple numbers by the same user will lead to disqualification and forfeiture of rewards.
