  • When will I be charged?

    Based on your plan, it will require you to pay the complete amount at the time of purchase. After this, we will auto-generate the invoice at the end of your subscription period.

  • Can I delete my account at any time?

    Please contact our customer team to delete or downgrade your account.

  • How Shiprocket wallet works?

    You need to recharge your wallet to ship orders through Shiprocket. The shipping amount gets deducted from your wallet balance. However, you’ll get your COD payments directly in your bank account.
