- We collect precise location data (GPS and network-based coordinates), approximate location, and background location data, including when the app is minimized or closed. This information is used to assign delivery tasks based on your real-time location, enable live order tracking for customers and merchants, optimize delivery routes to reduce delivery time, monitor delivery performance and completion, and prevent fraud while ensuring operational security. Background location access allows continuous tracking during active deliveries to maintain accurate, real-time updates and operational efficiency. We may share relevant location data with customers for live tracking, merchants for order coordination, and our internal backend systems for dispatch and route optimization. We do not sell location data to third parties. You can disable location permissions at any time through your device settings.
- It is clarified we do not collect or store any contact (or related) data that may be present on a Device.
- It is further clarified that we do not sell your data to any third party under any circumstance as the purpose of collecting data under this Privacy Policy is to deliver/enhance a quality User experience or improve our Offerings in a manner we deem fit and necessary.
