Our system now utilizes two communication channels, WhatsApp and Interactive Voice Response (IVR) to ensure an effective solution for delivery disputes raised by you.
With the inclusion of WhatsApp and IVR, buyers will receive confirmation of shipment receipt directly on their registered phone numbers.
