This means that you can now sort through your orders and filter them based on the dates they were created, shipped, delivered, or if they were RTO Initiated.

Check Expected COD Remittance

This feature allows you to view the estimated time for cash on delivery (COD) remittance that you can expect to receive for delivered shipments.

By checking your Expected COD Remittance, you can plan your cash flow more effectively. You can ensure that you have enough funds to manage your business expenses and investments. 

Search Feature for Better Support

The introduction of a search feature in the support system offers multiple benefits for you. This new feature allows you to easily navigate through the different categories and subcategories in the support system when you need to create a support ticket.

Previously, you had to manually search for the correct category and subcategory when creating a support ticket, which was time-consuming and sometimes confusing. However, with the search feature, you can now simply type in keywords related to your issue and the support system will suggest the most relevant category and subcategory to choose from.

Multiple Cost Price Handling

By enabling the cost price feature, you can now easily add multiple cost prices for the same SKUs obtained from different vendors. This update offers you greater flexibility and control over your pricing strategies, allowing you to make informed decisions based on the costs associated with each vendor.
