Here’s everything we shipped in September 2026 – a revamped Ready to Ship tab, SRX Express for faster international deliveries, Cash on Demand, Buyer Protect 2.0, a major Engage overhaul with Flow Copilot, and more across Capital, Checkout, Fastrr Ads, and Twenty2.
The Ready to Ship tab now has four sub-tabs on both the web panel and the Shiprocket app, giving you a clear view of exactly where every order stands in the fulfilment queue.
You can now clearly segregate orders yet to be scheduled for pickup from those already scheduled – bifurcated by shipment and manifest status.
The app dashboard has been redesigned with an updated UI and improved data across sections, giving better visibility into business performance. The new dashboard is organized into four tabs: Overview, Shipments, Pickup Performance, and Delivery Performance.
You can now view updated plans and upgrade directly from the app itself – no need to switch to the web panel.
A new Security Console under Settings → Additional Settings lets you investigate order activity, review PII access logs, and check your company’s security posture – on both web and app.
Earlier, only the bundle description (like “Pack of 4”) was displayed for Shopify bundle products. Now, complete details of all products included in a bundle are shown across every relevant touchpoint – the Seller Panel, invoices, and labels. Live for all sellers.
With SRX Express, eligible shipments can now be delivered within 5-6 business days – a dedicated express shipping option that gives your international customers a faster delivery experience. Faster deliveries directly improve customer satisfaction and repeat purchase rates. Available now on the SRX Portal for eligible shipments.
Sellers with a GSTIN can no longer process commercial shipments as Gifts or Samples under CSB4. The compliance check runs when you reach the Ship Now screen – non-compliant CSB4 shipments will find India Post and SRX Economy marked as non-serviceable. The restriction is applied directly in the shipment journey, so you get an immediate indication rather than the shipment proceeding and failing later.
Bank account details and Aadhaar details are now mandatory for CSB4 shipments. Sellers who have not completed these details will not be able to proceed with the CSB4 shipping journey.
An NPS survey is now live on the SRX Seller Portal to capture seller feedback and identify areas for improvement. It’s triggered after a new seller’s first successful delivery, for active sellers who completed at least one shipment in the prior month, and periodically for selected sellers at a defined frequency. Sellers can take the survey directly in the portal or via email, with follow-up questions based on the rating given.
You can now access your COD receivables on demand instead of waiting for the regular remittance cycle. Available 24×7, including weekends and bank holidays. The selected amount is transferred instantly to your bank account or Shiprocket Wallet, with a nominal convenience fee based on the amount you select.
Buyer Protect now focuses specifically on lost and damaged products, with an AI-powered claims process through a chatbot. The chatbot reviews images and videos shared by the buyer or seller during the claim to assess it and support automated processing. Available across both Domestic and Quick shipments – simpler claims, better turnaround, less manual intervention.
ShipSure billing was previously monthly and postpaid, with premium and refund entries processed when the invoice was generated on the 25th. A new prepaid billing model is now live for new and existing sellers: the premium is deducted along with freight charges, and refunds are processed once the RTO status is updated. Existing sellers are being migrated in batches, with communication via email and a consent pop-up on the Seller Panel. For large sellers, migration is completed after offline confirmation.
The Line of Credit journey previously had a single lender – GROMOR. PayU has now been added as a second lender. Based on predefined eligibility criteria, eligible sellers can receive offers from both PayU and GROMOR, improving lender coverage and offer availability.
A new fixed-plan option for sellers starting out. Pay one amount upfront, starting at ₹699, and get zero per-order checkout fees on a set number of orders – across both prepaid and COD. No per-order deductions, no tracking costs order by order. Plans are available on the wallet recharge screen and can be upgraded anytime as your order volume grows.
The new Payment Transactions view on the Fastrr Checkout dashboard shows every successful, failed, and pending payment in one place – including the exact reason behind each failed payment. A CSV download is available from the same page for reconciliation or sharing with your payment partner.
Customers can now send a payment request to friends or family right from checkout. The order stays intact, the payment is completed by someone they trust, and the sale lands with you. Useful for gifting, for younger shoppers who rely on parents to pay, and for anyone who prefers someone else to pay.
Your best offers now show up right on the product page, at the moment customers are deciding whether to buy. Seeing the savings upfront gives them the extra push to add to cart and complete the purchase. Enable it by writing to checkoutsupport@shiprocket.com.
Fastrr Signals adds ready-made insights to every user profile – RTO risk, buying preferences, and purchase frequency – built on shopping behaviour across the Shiprocket network. Use these signals to build smarter segments in a few clicks: send the right offer to the right shopper, cut wasted spend, and protect margins from risky orders. Find Fastrr Signals in the Segments section of your Engage panel.
Bring your existing Shopify customer segments straight into Shiprocket Engage. Sync multiple segments together, track the progress of each from your dashboard, and start messaging them as soon as they’re ready. One source of truth, zero duplicate work. Head to Segments in your Engage panel and click Sync to get started.
Build segments from three kinds of data: user properties (who a shopper is), user behaviour (what they’ve done), and custom segments combining existing segments with AND, OR, or Exclude logic. Fastrr Signals and Fastrr Identified profiles are built into the segment builder, so you can target high-intent buyers and exclude high-RTO-risk shoppers in one segment. Every segment is logged so you always know who built what and when.
A major upgrade to how journeys work across targeting, channels, and analytics.
Type what you want – for example, “set up a 2-day abandoned cart recovery on WhatsApp” – and Flow Copilot builds the complete journey on your canvas: trigger, wait times, messages, and exit rules already in place. Need a change? Just ask. It picks from your existing approved templates, uses the events your store already tracks, and adds smart safeguards automatically – like stopping reminders the moment a customer places an order. Open any journey in your Engage panel and click Flow Copilot to get started.
The Template Gallery now shows analytics for every template so you can compare engagement and results at a glance. Spot your top performers, reuse what works, and retire what doesn’t – whether you’re launching a sale or setting up a new journey.
Launch Ads lets you push multiple ads into an existing Meta campaign or ad set in a single step – no touching Ads Manager. Connect your Meta ad account, pick the campaign and ad set, duplicate an existing ad or upload a new creative, and auto-generate ad copy with AI. Fastrr pushes and launches the ads on Meta via the Meta Marketing API. Available to anyone with a Facebook ad account. Think of a Mother’s Day sale – instead of creating each ad and writing copy by hand, you connect, generate, and launch everything in one go.
