Here’s everything we shipped in March 2026 – from AI-powered courier monitoring and a revamped Finances experience to new international flows, major Cargo upgrades, and conversational intelligence tools. A strong month across the stack.
Radar is a new AI-powered tool that monitors courier performance at the pin code level using six key delivery stress parameters to detect early signs of operational risk. It surfaces real-time courier ratings directly on the Ship Now screen, helping sellers identify underperforming partners and make smarter assignment decisions before problems affect deliveries.
The Value-Added Services landing page in the Shiprocket app now gives sellers a single place to discover and activate premium tools – Auto Secure, RevProtect, Delivery Boost, and Early COD – with one-tap activation on both iOS and Android.
The Billing module has been completely redesigned into a new Finances experience, organized into four clearly defined sections:
This brings all finance-related workflows into one place with clearer structure and better discoverability.
A unified international order creation experience is now live for all sellers – one page, fewer steps, and automatic CSB4/CSB5 validations with tax calculations. IGST payment status support and a 3C commodity flag have been added for compliance, and pre-filled defaults reduce errors throughout the flow.
Sellers can now ship CSB4 (gift/sample) shipments with declared value up to USD 90 with zero customs duties or tariffs on SRX Economy and India Post. Useful for B2B relationship building and testing new markets with minimal cost exposure.
Four major capabilities launched for Cargo sellers this month. Shipment cancellation saw roughly 80% adoption in the first week. Bulk NDR actions allow handling multiple exceptions at once. The reschedule option addresses a real gap – 30% of previous cancellations were actually reschedule needs. Native KYC enables faster seller verification directly within the platform.
A new onboarding wizard is now live on mobile browser and panel, improving the form fill rate from 20% to 25% week-on-week. TeleCRM is now fully integrated with 100% lead capture live.
PCI DSS certification has been achieved – the highest payment security standard – alongside DPDP guidelines compliance. CC Avenue payment gateway is now integrated, and Cred Rewards is live for customer incentivization at checkout.
Complete Increff OMS integration with Maven is now live. Inventory pushes from Maven to Increff, orders pull from Increff into Maven, and shipment status syncs back – closing the loop for SRF sellers managing operations across both systems.
ShipSure is now live for all sellers on Web and Mweb. Sellers get up to 75% refund on every eligible RTO shipment, with a 100% digital, paperless onboarding process and single-step activation.
Trends now works like ChatGPT for ecommerce. Sellers can chat directly with their ecommerce data and analytics using natural language queries, replacing complex report filters with instant, conversational insights.
The Invoicing and Passbook module is now live on Sense. New Listen APIs (Speech to Text) and Read APIs (Text to Speech) have also launched, with a live playground, use cases, and full documentation available.
An emoji-based feedback collector is now live inside Copilot, capturing direct signals on answer accuracy. This feeds a continuous improvement loop for the AI assistant’s response quality.
Key upgrades across the PLP and PDP on Zop to improve product discovery and buyer trust. Primary filters are now upfront for faster browsing, variant selection happens via a bottom sheet for a smoother UX, and product card heights have been optimized alongside improved trust signals – all contributing to better conversion rates for sellers on the platform.
