🚀 Introducing the Delivery Escalation Feature on ShiprocketX 🌍
We are excited to announce a new feature on the ShiprocketX platform: Delivery Escalation. This update allows you to escalate any international shipment directly through our system if it doesn’t reach the designated location within the Estimated Date of Delivery (EDD).
📦 How Does It Work?
- ⏳ Missed EDD? If the EDD has passed and your shipment hasn’t arrived, you can easily escalate the issue to our team through the platform.
- 🗓️ Within EDD Timeline? If your shipment is still within the EDD, you’ll receive a message showing the expected delivery date.
🛠️ Raising a Ticket
To escalate an issue, follow these simple steps:
- Navigate to the “In-Transit” section under the Shipment Tab.
- Click the “Create a Ticket” button to raise a new issue.
🔍 Track Your Escalations
To monitor the progress of your ticket:
- Visit the View History section to stay updated on the resolution process.
Additionally, 📧 email notifications will keep you informed at every stage, ensuring you’re always in the loop.
This enhancement aims to streamline your international shipping process, ensuring a more seamless and efficient experience with ShiprocketX. 🌟
📸 Zero Discrepancy Guarantee: Upload Package Images for a Seamless Experience
To ensure smooth handling and provide proof in case of any disputes or discrepancies with the courier partner, we’re introducing the Zero Discrepancy Guarantee on our Android and iOS apps.
Our mobile users will now be prompted to upload an image of their shipment package for every order they create. This simple step helps us negotiate with courier partners more effectively when discrepancies arise, ensuring faster resolution.
How It Works:
- 🚨 Upload Reminder: A nudge will appear on your screen after an order is created, prompting you to upload your package images directly through the app.
- 🎨 Tag Visibility:
- If images are uploaded, a colored Zero Discrepancy Guarantee tag will appear, indicating that the required proof is available.
- If no images are uploaded, the tag will appear in grey, reminding you that images are missing.
