Brand Boost is here to provide a more comprehensive experience beyond simply tracking orders. This update aims to reduce the number of inquiries about order status, increase revenue, and improve customer loyalty.

- A header and footer bar for announcements
- You can sync your Instagram account with one-click and display your Instagram feed on the tracking page.
- You can add your product video URL to the tracking page to promote your best selling products.

Courier Rule Cloning for Efficiency
We are pleased to announce the implementation of a new feature that allows for the cloning of courier rules. This feature streamlines the process by pre-populating the conditions and ranking of the courier, which can be edited prior to saving. The cloning feature provides a convenient and efficient way to manage courier rules and ensures the accuracy of the data. Additionally, logs are maintained at the backend to track the creation of these rules, including who initiated the action and when it was done. This feature enhances the transparency and accountability of the courier rule management process.
Monthly Release of RTO Score Invoices
In an effort to provide efficient and streamlined service, we will be releasing the RTO Score invoices on a regular, monthly schedule. Specifically, these invoices will be made available to you during the first week of each month and will include detailed information pertaining to the orders for which the RTO score was predicted and charged. We believe that this approach will not only improve the accuracy and transparency of our billing process but also enhance your overall experience with our service. We are committed to ensuring that our clients have access to the best possible experience.

Enable WhatsApp Communication: You can now enable WhatsApp communication directly from your mobile app. This feature allows you to send live order tracking updates directly to the buyer via WhatsApp, providing a convenient and efficient way to keep the buyer informed of their order status. This feature is now available in the latest version of the mobile app and we encourage you to take advantage of this new feature to enhance your customer experience.
Enable RTO Score: Enabling the RTO Score is now even easier, directly from the settings section of the mobile app. Simply navigate to the settings section and toggle the RTO Score to “On”. This will activate the RTO Score feature, providing a quick and convenient way to identify the risk of your orders.
The visibility of the RTO Score has also been improved, now classified as Low, Med, or High. This classification makes it easy to identify which orders require attention and helps you prioritize your efforts. The RTO Score is displayed in the orders listing screen, providing a clear overview of your order performance at a glance.
The RTO Score feature is an essential tool for e-commerce businesses looking to improve their order fulfillment performance. With the ability to enable the RTO Score directly from the mobile app, and the improved visibility in the orders listing screen, this feature provides valuable insights and helps you take action to improve your delivery success rate.

This update includes the ability to use excel files with built-in field validations, as well as separate flow processes for CSB4 and CSB5 orders. Efficient International KYC Compliance Upgrade: The implementation of GSTIN and Aadhaar verification through OTP for international Know Your Customer (KYC) purposes has been a significant improvement in our process. Empowered Order Tracking and Billing: In an effort to provide enhanced transparency and convenience to you, we have added the capability to include Last Mile AWB (Air Waybill) for US Shipments and Shipping Bill URLs for all on your order report.
This new feature is designed to give you immediate access to important delivery information, including real-time tracking updates, right from the order report. This will help you stay informed and up-to-date on the progress of your deliveries, ensuring you have all the information you need at your fingertips.
In addition to this, the inclusion of the shipping bill URLs on the order report allows for quick and easy GST Filing.

The addition of the last-mile Air Waybill (AWB) feature on the order screen has streamlined and simplified the shipping process for you. This new feature allows for quick and easy access to the AWB number right from the order screen, with a convenient “click to copy” option that saves time and eliminates the need to manually input information.

Firstly, the last-mile AWB information is now readily accessible and can be easily copied and pasted into shipping carriers’ websites, resulting in increased efficiency and faster shipment tracking. Additionally, the “click to copy” option eliminates the risk of manual errors and typos during the shipping process, ensuring that the correct AWB information is always used.
