New India Post Variant Enabled as End-to-End VCN

What’s New:

• A new India Post variant has been added as an End-to-End Courier (VCN) option.
• Bagging will be done similar to other India Post variants.
• Surcharges will be applied on Dead Weight
  • Charge Logic:
    • LM Charges: Based on Dead Weight
    • FM Charges: Based on the higher of Dead Weight or Volumetric Weight

PBE Bill Enhancements

• Product Value Mapping: Product-wise item values are now shown instead of total order value duplication.
• EGM Number Field Added: EGM numbers now included in the PBE Bill output.

Amazon SWA Integration

What’s New: Seamless onboarding and shipping experience for Amazon sellers directly from Amazon Seller Central.

Seller Onboarding Flow:

• “Enable SRX” on Amazon courier page → Redirects to SRX Amazon Signup Page
• Add Amazon Merchant ID field during signup
• Complete SRX KYC
• Post-KYC approval/rejection emails to sellers and Amazon
• Daily Excel reports shared with Amazon on the seller onboarding status

Order Booking Journey:

• Amazon sellers select from 3 new services:
  • SRX Premium
  • SRX Premium Plus
  • SRX Priority
• Pre-fetch AWB and FM label with SRX AWB and warehouse address generated
• VCN Mapping: Unique for each Amazon service (different from regular SRX VCNs)
• Pickup Auto-Scheduling post wallet & serviceability check

Error Notifications:

• Wallet Negative Balance or Unserviceable Pincode → Email alerts sent to seller

Order-Level Reporting:

• Daily reports to Amazon with:
  • SRX Order IDs
  • Amazon Merchant IDs
  • Order Summary (by seller)
