Introducing Two-Step Login: A double-layered security feature that combines your password with a unique OTP sent to your registered mobile phone or email. Double the protection, double the peace of mind.

📲 Enhancing Order Tracking: Introducing the mySR Signup Widget.
When a buyer visits the Shiprocket website, possibly through a redirection URL in SMS or email, we anticipate that they may be seeking to track their order. As a result, we’ve developed a convenient access button for them to track their order using their Mobile Number, AWB, or Order ID.

🚀 Streamlined Shopify Integration: Single-Click Setup.
We’ve upgraded the Shopify Channel Integration on the Shiprocket panel to a single-click process. With our new ‘Login with Shopify’ feature, sellers can seamlessly connect their Shopify store to Shiprocket. Upon logging in through Shopify, we automatically retrieve the app store URL, making the integration process smoother and more efficient.

Also, We’ve simplified the dropdown options for marking order statuses as cancelled on Shopify. When an order is cancelled on Shiprocket, it will now automatically update on Shopify without the need to select other status names.

🔍 Bulk AWB Status Check: Simplifying Order Management.
In the ‘All’ section within the ‘Orders’ tab, sellers can now perform bulk searches for AWBs or Order IDs.

🔄 Automate Return Order Assignment: Streamlining Seller Workflow.
- Sellers now have the capability to automatically assign return orders, whether manually created or received from the tracking page.
- Automatic assignment takes effect immediately upon order approval or manual addition.
- In case of assignment failure due to courier service unavailability, a reattempt will be scheduled for the following day.
- Courier service availability is contingent upon the user-applied courier rule logic.
- Requests originating from the tracking page, which previously required seller approval or rejection, can now be automated with a simple toggle. Users can specify the return reasons they wish to auto-approve, and subsequent changes will be implemented accordingly.


🔎 Enhance Search Functionality: Enable PID in Global Search.
On the Weight Discrepancy page, within the search bar, sellers now have the capability to search for products or AWBs using the PID.

💰 Stay Informed: Future COD Remittance for Shiprocket Sellers.
- Shiprocket platform now includes an option for sellers to view upcoming COD remittance.

2. This feature is accessible to Shiprocket sellers as depicted below, and for Direct sellers.

🚚 Enhanced NDR Workflow: Simplifying Delivery Requests on the Tracking Page.
- We’ve implemented a change on the tracking page, allowing buyers to request reattempted delivery.

2. Now, attempt-wise reasons are displayed on the tracking page, providing buyers with visibility when filling in details.



3. Additionally, buyers can now cancel orders directly via the tracking page, with a confirmation pop-up for added reassurance.


🔊 Enhanced NDR Proof: Expanded Audio Format Compatibility.
We’ve broadened the range of file formats supported for proof of call recordings shared on the panel when an NDR is raised. Sellers can now upload files in AAC, Ogg Vorbis, FLAC, ALAC, WAV, AIFF, and DSD formats, in addition to MP3 and AMR formats.

🚀 Shiprocket Fulfillment: Report Scheduling and Claim Filling.
Now sellers can share get information of the Videos and Photos captured during the inward process via automated reporting scheduled via metabase. These prerequisites help sellers to file claims on marketplaces hassle-free.

🚚 Shiprocket Fulfillment: 📦 Efficient Packaging Management with Scan-Based Material Tracking.
To efficiently track the usage of packaging materials, whether provided by Shiprocket or the seller, we’ve introduced a feature that involves scanning these materials. This allows us to precisely monitor and forecast the requirements of packaging materials across all fulfillment centers (FCs).
By scanning packaging materials, we gather real-time data on their consumption throughout our logistics operations. This data not only helps us track current usage but also aids in predicting future demands. This proactive approach ensures that each FC maintains adequate packaging materials, preventing any potential shortages that could disrupt the fulfillment process.
Ultimately, accurate tracking and forecasting of packaging material consumption play a crucial role in ensuring smooth logistics operations, improving customer satisfaction, and optimizing overall efficiency within our fulfillment network.
Path to enable: WMS > Admin Config > Enable Packaging Material Capture
Visibility happens with reporting of consumed and blocked packaging material basis which sellers can share the next set of Packaging material in a Purchase order.

🚀 Shiprocket Engage+
These changes are designed to elevate the experience for both sellers (D2C Brands) and their buyers (WhatsApp Users).
Key Updates and Enhancements:
- Enhanced Onboarding Flexibility for Engage+:
- Updates: Now, sellers have the freedom to choose any combination of modules—RTO Suite, Marketing, Commerce, or Care—as per their business needs.
- Impact: Empowers more sellers to access Engage+ functionalities tailored to their specific requirements.

- Universal Trigger for WhatsApp Communication Flow:
- Updates: In case the Natural Language Processing (NLP) system fails to recognize a new query from a buyer, it will now follow these steps to address the query: Step 1: It will continue the conversation from the previous message, such as confirming an order. Step 2: If the buyer asks about an unfamiliar topic again, the NLP system will send a message outlining all the main features of the modules chosen by the seller.
- Impact: This modification yields dual benefits for both buyers and sellers, enhancing cross-module product adoption:
- For Buyers: Random queries will receive responses, enhancing their experience.
- For Sellers: Engage+, equipped with multiple modules, becomes more valuable, fostering increased product adoption.

- Engage+ Support Page:
- Updates: The new page captures details like Company ID, Email Address by default and further has functionalities to capture module level feedback and associated details of the feedback.
- Impact: Sellers will have a better experience in reporting and resolution of their queries. Engage+ as a product will capture data which will help in anchoring the direction of feature enhancements in coming quarters.

4. WhatsApp Widget Edit Customization:
- Updates: Now, sellers have the ability to customize ice-breakers, themes, colors, positions, etc., and widget set up in a more interactive manner.
- Impacts: Sellers will now be able to configure the WhatsApp widget with greater detail and alignment with the brand’s identity. This enhancement brings Engage+ up to par with other competitors in the market.

5. Engage+ Modules for Non-Shopify Sellers:
- Updates: We’ve now expanded access to Marketing, RTO Suite, and Care for non-Shopify sellers (Sellers who do not have access/setup Shopify as a channel).
- Impact: This change eliminates a significant access barrier to Engage+ modules. Now, any Non-shopify seller interested in using a module (such as RTO Suite, Care, or Marketing) can do so.

6. Multi-Agent Support/Teams:
- Updates: Sellers can now create Agents, Admins, and Teams within Engage+. These individuals are empowered to handle support queries assigned to them through various methods such as Round Robin, Rule-Based, and Manual assignment by other agents or admins.
- Impact: Sellers now have the capability to create Agents, Admins, and teams who are able to manage buyer queries that have not been addressed by NLP (Natural Language Processing).
