Importing Orders
Shiprocket allows you to integrate multiple channels such as WooCommerce, Shopify, Magento, Amazon etc.
For all the channels integrated, Order Sync Automatically runs in every 30 minutes.
But still in case you want to run order sync manually, you can Goto – Orders Tab and click Sync -> Orders.
Just make sure that for your integrated channel, the Order Sync is On.
Note: In case your Channel Connector is broken, the Order sync will not work.
