An Order that is created in the system or fetched from any integrated channel can come in unprocessable tab in case the Order have any of the below Order Statuses:
- UnMapped – Order whose Ordered Product is not mapped with any Master Product in the shiprocket system.
- Out Of Stock – Order whose ordered product have available inventory as Zero (0) in shiprocket system.
To fix Unmapped order , user can click on Map icon and map the Channel Product with the Master Product in the system.
To fix Out Of Stock Order , user can click on Add Stock icon and add inventory to all out of stock products.
