UnProcessable Orders

An Order that is created in the system or fetched from any integrated channel can come in unprocessable tab in case the Order have any of the below Order Statuses:

  1. UnMapped  – Order whose Ordered Product is not mapped with any Master Product in the shiprocket system.
  2. Out Of Stock – Order whose ordered product have available inventory as Zero (0) in shiprocket system.

To fix Unmapped order , user can click on Map icon  and map the Channel Product with the Master Product in the system.

To fix Out Of Stock Order , user can click on Add Stock icon  and add inventory to all out of stock products.
