Fetching Orders From Channels
Shiprocket only fetches those orders from channel which are to be processed and are not yet shipped.
The Status of the orders to be fetched from channels vary from channel to channel.
Below is the list of Order Status, those are fetched in Shiprocket as “New” Orders.

Particularly for Magento user can define, Orders of which status are to be fetched from the channel.
Hence, in case you an order is not showing on Shiprocket system , you can once verify the order status on channel
