RevProtect costs ₹39 + taxes per shipment. For a minimal fee, you protect yourself from unpredictable losses caused by delays and RTOs.
Refunds are credited to your Shiprocket wallet automatically once the shipment is either delivered or marked as RTO. No claims or follow-ups needed.
If no delivery attempt is made on or before the Estimated Delivery Date (EDD), the shipment is considered delayed. If an attempt is made on time, it’s not treated as delayed, even if delivery happens later.
For delayed deliveries: a full freight refund (up to ₹99).
For delayed RTOs: 50% of the order value (up to ₹499) + freight refund.
Yes, you can disable RevProtect anytime from your Company Settings. Future shipments won’t be covered, but past ones already enrolled will still be eligible for credits.
Refunds are credited to your Shiprocket wallet. These can be used for future shipping costs within the platform.

Shipments not dispatched on time
