🏠 New Home Screen, Smarter Navigation

Say hello to a redesigned Home Screen, now cleaner, faster, and more intuitive. Quickly access key features like orders, wallet, leads, and loans with streamlined flows and improved visibility.

📲 Leads via CTWA Ads – Now on the App

We’ve integrated Click-to-WhatsApp (CTWA) and leads directly into Shiprocket Quick. Track, manage, and follow up on your CTWA-generated leads without switching tools.

💰 Introducing Business Loans on Quick

Access tailored loan options for your business right inside the app. Easily check your eligibility, apply in a few steps, and track the status all in one place.

📅 Order Scheduling via API

You can now schedule pickups using our API. Plan ahead and manage peak times with flexible pickup scheduling, now available for all partners using the API.

🚛 3-Wheeler Delivery Support via API

Need to move more volume? Our API now supports 3-wheeler bookings, giving you the power to schedule larger and bulk deliveries with ease.

📦 Shiprocket Insights on Return Courier Listing Page

When shipping a single return order, you’ll now see helpful insights to optimize courier selection.

🚀 Here’s what’s new:

  • If fewer than 3 courier partners are available for an order, you’ll now see deactivated courier partners listed — giving you the option to reactivate and ship using a faster or more cost-effective courier.
  • This helps you maximize courier availability and meet your shipping goals with speed and savings.
  • When you sort couriers by Fastest or Cheapest, but don’t select the top recommended option, you’ll now see a prompt suggesting you reconsider your selected courier partner, helping you make a more optimized choice for speed or cost.
  • If a required courier partner is not available for your order, you can now check the Non-Serviceable tab to see the specific reason why it’s not serviceable. This helps you make informed decisions and explore alternate courier options when needed.

🔄 Quickly Acknowledge Return Orders from Return Received Section

You can now acknowledge return orders directly from the order listing page in the Return Received section under the Returns tab — no need to open each order individually.

✅ Prefer to view details first? You can still acknowledge returns from the order detail page as well.

📊 Filter Orders by RTO Risk on Shiprocket

Engage users can now filter their order list based on RTO Risk directly from their Shiprocket account — helping you take smarter actions on high-risk orders.

To enable this feature:

  1. Go to Settings
  2. Navigate to Value Added Services
  3. Enable RTO Score

Once enabled, you’ll see the RTO Risk Score on your order panel and can filter your orders accordingly.

🚚 Smarter Courier Selection with Clear Labels on the Ship Now Page

You’ll now see courier-specific labels displayed more prominently on the Ship Now page helping you make faster, more informed decisions when choosing a courier.

Here’s what you can expect:

  • Auto Pickup Scheduled: Clearly marked if the courier offers auto pickup.
  • Recommended: Easily spot the best courier suggested for your order.
  • Shiprocket Promise: If enabled, shows the estimated delivery timeline for your buyer based on their pincode.

These enhanced labels are designed to simplify courier selection and improve your shipping workflow.

✈️ Shiprocket X – International Shipping

Effective immediately, a penalty of ₹1,180 (₹1,000 + GST) will apply per shipment if held under:

  • DG Goods (Dangerous Goods)
  • Restricted Items
  • X-Ray Hold

What this means for you:

  • The penalty will be auto-deducted from your wallet (wallet may go negative).
  • Affected shipments will be marked RTO.
  • You’ll see the status update in In-Transit > Status.
  • Penalty will reflect under “SRX Additional” in your invoice.

Email alerts will be sent for each impacted shipment.

🌐 HSN Code Now Mandatory for All Countries

To ensure smooth international processing and customs clearance, the HSN Code is now mandatory for all international shipments, regardless of destination country.

✈️ Cargo X – Document Management Workflow

We’re making your shipping process faster and smoother with our new Document Management Workflow, now part of the Cargox Order Journey.

What’s New?

You’ll now be guided to upload the right documents based on your order type (e.g., FBA/Non-FBA, CSB4/CSB5, DDP/DDU).

✅ How It Works:

  1. Create Order – Fill in your order details as usual
  2. Get Document List – System will auto-suggest required documents based on your inputs & HSN codes
  3. Upload Documents – Upload right away or later from the Order Details page
  4. Get Verified – Our team will verify the documents in real-time
  5. Ship Now – Once verified, proceed with shipment instantly
