To track your orders, go to “Tracking” section wherein under the tracking tab you can check status of all your shipped orders.

The NDR tab shows all the non delivered orders along with the reasons for non delivery. Here you need to respond the raised NDR with “Reattempt” or “Return to Origin” along with the remarks.

The RTO tab shows all the orders  that are being returned to the shipper.

To track a specific order, go to order internal page by clicking order id and then click tracking.
