Channel can be online marketplaces, Carts or offline store where you can sell your products.

Shiprocket enables you to configure multiple channels for syncing all your products/orders in one place.

All you need do is follow the guidelines given for each channel and then all products from these channels shall get synced with Shiprocket automatically.

Steps:

• Click on Add Channel
• Select the channel you wish to sync
• Follow the guidelines give for the channel & update all the details required
• Save & Test connection.

Once you sync a channel, all product/catalog from that channel would get synced into the Shiprocket panel automatically. Catalog Sync automatically runs twice a day .

The Order sync and Order Status Sync happens in every 30 minutes , ensuring all the information on the channel is updated.

Inventory Sync runs in every 10 minutes automatically and updates stock on respective channel. In case inventory for any products goes “0” , the inventory is updated within 1 minute.
