The below given popup comes up when the entered weight during labeling is different from the actual shipment weight shared by the courier company.
When you click on “Deduct” button, the actual charges are deducted. You can see entered weight & charged weight against each order number on “Weight Reconciliation” tab under Billing section.
Also, you can see billing adjustments made on “Billing Reconciliation” tab under Billing section.
